It also lands where reviews are actually won. Guests do not write five-star reviews about a mattress. They write them about the night that felt like a holiday. You are never the middleman. You do not coordinate menus, chase dietary requirements or handle refunds. If a guest asks you a question you cannot answer, you send them to us.
Does the chef leave the kitchen clean?
Yes, and for a host this is the part that matters most. Full kitchen cleanup is included in every booking — the chef leaves it as they found it. A group of twelve cooking for themselves is how rental kitchens get damaged and cleaning fees get disputed; a chef is the opposite risk profile.
Chefs bring their own knives and specialist equipment and work with whatever the property has. If your kitchen is short on oven capacity or hob space, the chef will plan a menu around it rather than discovering it on the night.
What kind of properties does this suit?
Anything that sleeps a group. The average booking we handle is around 9 guests, which maps almost exactly onto a three-to-five bedroom rental. Mountain-town chalets, Summit County condos, Front Range houses and luxury apartment buildings all work.
It suits shorter stays less well. A couple on a two-night trip rarely books a chef; a family group on a week in Breckenridge frequently does. If your listing is aimed at groups, this is worth adding.
