Laterra dining is a private chef service ran by chef Ryan Putnam. working over 8 years in the fine dining scene as well as 5 star hotels throughout the country including hawaii Ive always been driven by my passion for food. There is no better way to bring people together and connect than over proper cuisine. After attending Auguste Escoffier School Of Culinary Arts while training under some of Colorados highly regarded chefs, Ive decided to take full control of my creativity and skill by starting my own Private Dining company which offers 4 to 7 course tasting menus as well as wine pairings with full service to bring the michelin experience directly to the customer.
