What started out as a dishwashing and delivery gig to make some extra money has blossomed into an accomplished and thriving career. From the humble beginnings of washing dishes and delivering pizza at a small mom and pop pizzeria, every cuisine I have served I have served with passion and a desire to learn. I have experience in BBQ, Japanese/Sushi, Cajun fine dining, American Steakhouse and European cuisines ranging from the Mediterranean coast all the way to the Nordic fjords. Currently serving professional footballers and their families for meal prep while also working at Uchi.
