What areas do you cover?

We serve all major ski and mountain resorts across North America, including the Rockies, Sierra Nevadas, Appalachians, and the Catskills. If you're within 2 hours of a regional airport, we can likely reach you.

How much lead time do you need?

For peak winter dates (Holidays, February) and summer weekends, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. However, we often have last-minute availability for mid-week mountain escapes.

What kind of kitchen is required?

Our chefs are masters of adaptation. As long as you have a functioning stove, oven, and basic counter space, we can make magic happen. We bring our own specialized knives, equipment, and of course, all the ingredients.

Do you handle the cleanup?

Absolutely. The goal is for you to stay in your "mountain mode." We leave the kitchen exactly as we found it (often cleaner), so you can head straight back to the fire or the hot tub.
